Make your own animated Minecraft picture
Choose a picture, watch how the blocks will fall into place, then download a ZIP file to try it in Minecraft. Your picture stays on your device.
1. Upload a picture
Photos, drawings and screenshots are welcome. Very large pictures are made smaller to fit; wide or tall pictures may have empty space around the edges.
2. Choose a picture size
3. Choose an animation

Watch the effect
This is a simple preview, not a video from the game. Actual blocks may fall at a different speed in Minecraft.
4. Get your Minecraft animation
Upload a picture to create your own Minecraft ZIP file.
Try this in a brand-new Creative world. The animation places and removes lots of blocks. It can destroy buildings in its path, and some dropped torches will remain. Do not use a world you want to keep.

Common questions
Can I use my own photos and drawings?
Yes. Most PNG, JPG and WebP pictures work, including screenshots and logos. Pictures must be under 15 MB, 8,192 pixels per side and 40 million pixels in total. Small Minecraft pictures cannot keep every detail, and damaged or oversized files may not work.
Which animations can I download?
All three animations can be downloaded for Minecraft Java 26.3. “From the Middle” and “Side to Side” are available at 16×16. “Falling Corners” also offers 32×32 and 64×64.
Does MinePilot keep my picture?
No. Your picture is opened and turned into Minecraft blocks in your browser. We only count anonymous actions, such as how often people generate or download an animation. We do not collect the image or file name.
Can I use it in my survival world?
We do not recommend it. The animation could replace your buildings or landscape. Test it in a new Creative world instead.
