Placement and cottage access
A static furnished cottage and self-contained swamp garden. Manual door and brewing/enchanting workstations; no automated potion system or maximum-level enchanting claim.

Reserve 39 by 37 blocks and 28 blocks of height. The origin is the bottom northwest corner. Local y0 is the mud bed; dry-bank surface is y1. Paste the complete envelope including air into cleared space.

Enter from the south
Follow the dry path near local x16,z35, climb the three native spruce stair treads, cross the raised veranda and open the manual spruce door at x16,y5,z23.

Use the furnished rooms
The west alcove contains a brewing stand, water cauldron and ingredient barrels. The main room contains bookshelves, an enchanting table, crafting, cooking, storage and a bed. Bring ingredients and fuel; containers are empty.
